Russia offers partnership to Brazil in the Program PAK-FA

According cleared the team of "ASAS" with total exclusivity, Russia had offered to Brazil the possibility of becoming partner of the program - PAK FA, a new multifunctional hunting, 5 th generation. The project aims to equip the Air Force of Russia for an array of air last generation, with high-end features and stealth (radar detection difficult), which will come into service around 2018. Recently, India signed a protocol with Russia, becoming the first (and currently, only) international partner of the program.

According to information obtained by ASAS, the offer would have occurred during the visit of a Russian government delegation, linked to the manufacturing of Defense that country, to Brazil, which occurred about two weeks ago. Besides various military equipment, the talks have also included the possibility of purchase of the Sukhoi Su-35-1 and their licensed production in Brazil, with large packages of technology transfer. The meetings occurred with civilian and military authorities Brazil, in Brasilia (DF).

Wouldn't have much faith in it, one need only look at the situation with the Indian Navy acquiring the the former Russian aircraft carrier and then the Russian's doing an about face and demanding more money. In Russia paper agreement mean a lot less than Vodka. DA !
