OPENGL slow

After reinstalling drivers for some reason all my opengl apps are very, very slow.

 

I have searched and searched for ideas but get WAY too many hits to wade through so I thought I'd put the subject up here and see if anyone had any ideas.

 

I am not ready to spend $10 on a drivercleaner program that may not fix the problem in any event.

 

Thoughts, suggestions?????

Disregard. I decided to take the opportunity to do a long overdue system rebuild.

That will certainly almost always fix it, but there's no doubt it's a drastic step!
