Can someone teach me how to add more years to choose in the aircrafts?

I found that many add-on aircrafts can only choose limited years of combat year in the single mission menu.

 

The last year able to choose is not actually fit the aircraft's real or planned phase out year in the real world.

 

e.g. F-14D only can choose the year from 1992 to 1997, not to 2006.

Therefore F-14D cannot choose JDAM to use when I play strike missions

 

Is there any solution to deal with this?
