people have mentioned that in the terrain folder there is a file to open in order editto get it to run on vista. just how do you do that. thanks

yes but just what program do I need to extract the files mentioned, etc, that is whats not mentioned.

thanks, found editor, extracted files did my editing, last question, (add this to the original post instructions) now what do i need to do with them and with what software in order to do it. thanks again

Well, it should extract directly into the terrain foldeer, so just leave it there. Before AND after editing

 

To edit, any old text editor will do; notepad, wordpad, etc.

 

Dosen't the post say something about 'use your text editor of choice'???

If not, I'll go back and fix it!

I feel like a dolt for asking, but where can I find this extractor. I have spent the past 30 minutes scouring the Thirdwire downloads area and cannot find a cat extractor, even with google's help.
