And you downloaded and installed the newest directx9? As per instructions. This part worries me as well, as I do not want to screw up my directx 10 so untill I get that clarified

I am not messing with it. the upcoming patch is supposed to fix the vistas problems but for some reason it is taking a long time to come to fruition.
