WOE - ESC problem, windows vista

Hi everyone,

 

I have instaled Wings Over Europe - Cold War, in my computer with windows vista. It is a beautiful game, and works great, with one exception: when I am on a mission, and I press ESC, instead of going to menu, the game quits back to windows. After this I have to restart the game from beginning.

 

Can anyone help me with this situation?
