ONETINSOLDIER Posted July 30, 2008 Posted July 30, 2008 Has anyone seen any programs that would simulate the outcome of regional conflicts, kinda like the game "risk", but not actually a game? I sort of recall a program like this, but no luck finding anything like it.

It could be possible, but it would have to take every tactical decision that could be made into account. there are many ways to start a war and there are many ways to end it, but it is almost impossible to tell the effects.
+SayethWhaaaa Posted July 30, 2008 Posted July 30, 2008 Closest I could think of would be Civilisation 3, ventrillo and 7 other humans...
+JimBeamer5 Posted July 30, 2008 Posted July 30, 2008 If you go to The Underdogs site I'm sure I've seen what you're talking about there. She has lots of cool stuff: http://www.the-underdogs.info/ JB5
