[WOI in vista] CTD Still Unsolved After Following the 5 Steps

Hi guys,

 

RE: Wings Over Israel on Vista

 

I have followed the 5 steps here http://forum.combatace.com/index.php?showtopic=26451 . Yes all 5, but I still have CTD when I press escape.

 

Game: WOI

OS: Vista Home Premium 32-bit , Service Pack 1

Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo 1.7GHz

RAM: 2g

Graphics: GeForce Go 7300

DirectX: 10

Dude download the August patch and u will be set, its designed to make the game compatible with Vista, I have vista as well and it works fine for me now, so thats all u should have to do, completely delete and uninstall everything that has to do with that game install and reinstall it and then get the August patch from www.thirdwire.com and install it and u will be golden.
