Please pretty please help with SU15 radar

Just had to reload about half of my Communist airforce a/c and ran into the same prob with the SU-15 Radar screen any help...please you veterans ? Where the screen appears all green ? Any ideas ....please....search is just killing me.

 

Sorry about the weird size, I'm on Vallium right now...seriously...due to recovering from from a seziure. :(

Patch busted old radars. This should fix it...

there is my I spent the same thing what you have to make it is to change the color of the bottom of the radar to put it in black I sit down that of my English
