Greece terrain for SFP1 by S.Ansons

Version 1.1 September 20th, 2008

 

V1.1

- Fix Marmaris Airfield misplacement (flattening)

- Fix Coast near Gaza and Rhodos to avoid water climbing the shore

- Add several small towns in the wide farm landscape of Lybia/Egypt to add a bit life ...

- Fix typos in the Greece_Targets.ini and Greece_movement.ini

 

 

V1.0

Credits: Thanks to gepard for his terrain tutorial, to Polak,WingWinner for their textures and terrain objects, to Wrench for his range targets and to TK for a such open game !

 

Area covered: South of Greece, Crete, Cyprus,

South of Turkey, Part of Lybia, Egypt, West part of Israël.

 

Feel free to improve this terrain. Just give credits to Polak, Wrench, gepard, TK and myself.

 

Installation: Just drop the Greece folder into

your Terrain folder

Hi Squid,

The terrain was designed for SFP1, thus check that in the Greece.ini file, the cat file is pointing to the right file

Desert.cat for SFP1, GermanyCE.cat for WOE, VietnamSea.Cat for WOV

About the watertextures, if you rename/remove the watereffect.fx and sea1.tga files from the Greece folder the game should use the default game files and should be OK. I have SFP1 patched with Oct2008b patch and making this mod, I have got the latest water textures working fine.
