Terrain Issue

I know this has been brought up before, but how do you fix a flickering terrain. In WOV the terrain seems to do this, I had tried some of the repaints for the VietnamSEA terrains such as GreenHell2, but nothing fixed this problem, in fact the repaints and updates made it worse.
