Just upgraded to Vista, can't find some files

I upgraded to Vista from XP, and I'm unable to find my music folder (old location- my documents\my music, etc). I tried using the search feature, but it doesn't allow me to use *.mp3 or anything like that..

 

any ideas where I might find my files or how to search for them?

Vista user profiles are a bit different from XP...look under:

 

C:\Users\<yourusername>\Music

Ok, looked there, still didn't find them, but I've got back ups.

 

Quick additional question, is that the new 'My Documents' location?

The old "My Docs" is now \Users\*name*\Docs.

Videos, music, pictures, all have separate folders outside docs.
