Bombing Techniques ?

I enjoy flying the Gotha, Brisfit, etc., and knowing that actual technique (1914-1918) was rudimentary in the extreme, I'm wondering how others perform

'level' bombing in the sim?

I usually drop stuff from very low level when I want bombs to hit.
