dumb question about teamspeak.?

I know its probably a dumb question...but what the hell is teamspeak.?

It's a VOIP program that allows you to talk to other people who are joined on the same server.

In simple terms, it is a place where you can talk to other people on a certain server with a microphone. Its a hell of a good programme if you are flying with other people in a multiplayer game. Makes the match a hell of alot more interesting :)

Others include Ventrilo and Xfire, plus many games have such ability built into them. I think Il-2 is the only flight sim to have it.
