MF f-15A problem

Hi, all. was playing with Mirage Factory f-15A in Woe and noticed that the rudders, flaps and back tails of the plane tend to move around rather than stay in position. is this normal or was there a fix for this. it just seems constant even when you dont turn. if you on autopilot or flying straight, it moves around. thx.

Mirage Factory F-15A was made pre WOE release and its FM was never updated.. its totally outdated by now.
