Max Problems

I thought I would try you guys for some help for my problems. Here is what i am getting when i start up Max 4.2

3DSMAX caused an invalid page fault in

module <unknown> at 0000:5f5f5f5f.

No idea, naturally I think I would start with a fresh install.

I tried that, nothing. It could not be working because of AOL 8.0 which was recently installed on my computer. Any One?

Are you using McAffee Antivirus 4.x?

It does crash my system, I updated to Norton's and it works

BTW, I assume that you got all of the latest's patches for 3DS Max?
