I saw some photos from LOMAC it is N & ILV

I translated all captions on Su-30K avionics, what uploaded on this topic, You can use it

 

Forgot about ATK & И caption {newer seen this in any offical documents}/ Where LOMAC Autors got it? Don't know...

H -> Nike Gerc., Patriot, Talos

I think -> NO. Su-30K it's ONLY 18 planes, now removed from service, i think radar can be leaved AS IS.

 

But We SOULD KNOW our INDIAN frends position about this, Su-30K was designed for India.

I chosed early version.......

 

Because:

1,Most life of Su-30K is early version with 10 hardponts

2,No problem with Marcfighter's Su-27 pit weapon lights...

The "Early' Su-30K lacked true precision guided munition capability. The second batch Su-30K had limited precision striek capability. I have no idea how "limited" its PGM capability was.
