I messed up my Hercules DATA.INI and Loadout.INI

Title says it all really, and i was wondering if you fine people here at combatace could lend me a hand. What i was trying to do was make the Hercules C130-E carry either a Jeep or paratroopers. And i managed to do that, but say even if i have 12 paratroopers in a hercules, it just blows up on the runway when i go to take off. If you could take a look at the bits ive edited and correct it for me, i would really appreciate it.
