FE d3dx9_26.dll missing!

Hi, i searched the internet if First Eagles work in Vista and people in COmbat Ace said they do work fine in their Vista. So i tried it myself and bought the game then patched it, but when i start the game i crashed and get this messaged Application has failed to start because d3dx9_26.dll was not found. blah blah blah. Is there a way to fix this? i tried downloading the latest dx9 but i dont see why i did that cuz i got dx9 and dx10 already. Then i tried downlading the dll and puting it in windows/system32 but it dont work too, i restarted my PC also and nothign works

Take the d3dx_26.dll out of your system32 folder a put it in the main FE game folder then try restarting your game.

Not sure form your post that you actually installed the latest DX 9c or not but you have to do that to get the proper DX 9c files to run the game.
