sim-outhouse registration

I have not used sim-outhouse for over a year. I am not able to get back into it. I tried to register as a new members. I gave up after trying for more than 7 times. The webmaster has never returned my emails.

 

Here are my questions :

 

At the SOH FS2004 forum, I see the following message

 

Unregistered, The OFF Forums are closed here at SOH and have moved to Combat ACE.

 

Over Flanders Fields has opened new support forums at CombatACE.

Has anyone been able to register at SOH recently ?

 

Is this forum going to replace the one at SOH ?

 

How are these two forums related ?

apparently, OFF forums will be here, but im not an admin or moderator, so please dont quote me, as far as SOH registration, that should be discussed with them as this forum site is not affiliated with SOH,
