This program has given some BHaH users good results with locking CFS3/OFF into 1 CPU on Dual Core, or Quad Core based PC.

Some have found success using this to stop CFS3 hang or dropping back to desktop when flying for a while. Also when pressing M to bring up map some report drop to desktop and this has cured this issue.
