RELOAD and REFIT

During multiplayer missions,and single has anyone figured out how to get a reload , or repair?

This is one of the things i found lacking in the game.During a C.A.P. mission it would be nice to get a reload. The A-4 and mig17 are real short in the guns ammo.Any input would be accecpted
