How to fly the Arabs side in WoI?

Just wondering how do you fly for the red side in WoI?

 

I forgot what to do and what to download in order to fly for RED.

 

I've downloaded add-on cockpits so that all Mig-21s are now flyables.

And I think it would be such a pity if I couldn't fly the Migs in the campaign.

I've also downloaded custom engine sound for the soviet planes but unable to figure out what files to modify to incorporate them in game.

The instruction seems to refer to older version (pre Oct 08 patch) of Wo*.
