Cat Extractor not working in SF2V

For some reason the Cat Extractor which works fine for WOE,WOV etc. is not working with SF2V. Every time I try to use it I get an error message. Any suggestions

I think it runs in Windows 98/ME compatibility mode. You might try to right click on the exe and open the properties. Look at the compatibility tab and the first box open and select Windows 98/ME. Click OK and give it a try again.

The cat extractor for WOE/WOV/WOI/SFP1 is not compatible with the 2nd generation of TW sims (SF2, SF:V, SF:E).

Well I figured out how to use the new CatPak tool. But how do you get the files like F-4E_Data.ini etc. extracted? So far I'm not sure how the whole process really works.

Put the CATpack extractor in the Main SF2V object folder, then drag the objectData003.cat on top of it once you have done that it will extract and create a folder called objectdata003 inside you should find what you need.
