Editor for the creation of new campaigns

Sorry for my bad English.There is an editor for creating new campaigns? "Mission Editor by Flegmatica" it is for the creation of missions, but I will not think that. Edit or add to the aircraft finished the campaign I do not think so. If there is anything like it's a huge mistake, because the simulator from WWI (FE + Exp.Pack1) is very super . The simulator missing : quick missions but mainly the static created by the campaign.

There are no editors that I know of. Would be nice, though. Your english is not too bad. I understood you perfectly.
