Weird propeller Engine problem

How do I fix this?

Oh It works fine when the engine is on, but when I turn it off or gets destroyed, it looks like that.

Model issue, with the prop. More than likely, there is NO "off" texture (as that's not implimented on the 06 patch level) . BTW, it does that when shot full of holes, too, and the engine is 'dead'
