SF2:V Terrain problem w/Green Hell 2

Running Vista 64, Fresh SF2V install. I loaded up the VietnamSEA tile repaint and Green Hell 2 (plus the shimmering patch) and then this happened:

 

(Sorry for the wide views, running a dual screen now)

 

 

Ugly water Oceans are brown blotchy until they get near land then they are blue:

 

Black trees in cities:

 

 

Any ideas?

See 12th thread down on here - and download the GH_WS kit and put those 3 files into the C:\My Docs.....\\\\terrains\vietnamSEA
