+pcpilot Posted June 3, 2009 Posted June 3, 2009 I have the MF F-14A installed and working pretty darn good in my SF2 install in WinXP. The only problem is that, of the 4 skins for the tomcat, only one, VF1, has decals showing. So I took the "D" folder from all three skins not showing decals and put them in the decals folder in C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\My Documents\ThirdWire\StrikeFighters2\Objects\Decals. Still dont work. Any suggestions? This might be one to add to the KB.

I think you have to copy them under: ..MOD_Directory\Objects\Decals\Aircraft name\ folder, for the F-35A, the tga files are inside ..MOD_Directory\Objects\Decals\F-35A\
+pcpilot Posted June 4, 2009 Author Posted June 4, 2009 Yup, thats put me on the right track. It also needs the name of the skin folder too though. Such as ...C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\My Documents\ThirdWire\StrikeFighters2\Objects\Decals\F-14A\VF142\D. Then I got it to work. Thanks fellas.
