installation chaos ?

Hi

with the release of the new SF 2 series i want to get into the game again. but there is chaos - i do have too many installations:

 

sfp1 - the original game, highly modified, but without the oct. 2008-patch (i did not want to loose too many features)

sfp1 - DBS, OTC, NV-Aces

woi

woe

wov - including the latest patch

 

wov - yap (1) again excluding the oct. 2008-patch

 

wov - yap 2

 

sf2 - base game

sf2 - woe

sf2 - wov

(all of them in a merged install)

 

all in all, i wanted to support TK and bought those modules. now i have sort of a m**s.

additionally there is the weapons-pack-problem: several packs seem to be around, including one from the mirage factory, and the soviet missiles are inconstistent (AA-2 vs. R-3 etc.).

 

what is the best way to merge the 1st generation of the game without loosing the key-features (incl. nato-fighters, yap ...)?

 

is there a consistent weapons-pack around for the pre-oct. 2008 versions - or for the actual patched versions ?

 

any help & hint welcomed
