Wildfowler 0 Posted July 9, 2009 I was dogfighting two Albatross 1's. Sent one down in flames. The other, after I put a few bullets into him did the most stupid manouver I have seen and buried himself into French soil. Won the mission!! Great!! Get back to base to find I am credited with one kill!! I am assuming this was my flamer!! Why was I not credited with my second kill? Is frightening the enemy into crashing not good enough? Hell I sweated blood for those kills! Just because the Boch employ airmen who can't fly, please don't deprive me of my laurels!! Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
ArgonV 2 Posted July 10, 2009 Same problem happened to me, only it was a Nieuport 17 that lost control after I put a few rounds in him! He did some dive and roll and his weakened wing came right off... I think it has to be a certain percentage/number of hits that then registers a kill... What gets me, Sent out on a flight to attack a balloon I burn it in flames then return but no claim report so I dont get credit. The other thing is Airbase attacks I seem to b e the only one in the flight of 5 a/c to attack . Everybody is just flying around having a good time while I collect bullet holes.
