A-4F Blue Angel leading edge slats

Is there a way to make the leading wing slats inoperative like the A-4F (avionics hump removed to resemble an A-4E) the Blue Angels used? Whats the Data ini I have to diasable or remove?

Just comment out "//" the entries for the slats in the data INI.
