Ok, one last question.....since it seems that my card just simply had enough of WOE, is there any chance that it might recover? if I give it a rest or something?

BTW, look below....that's what SF2E does to a graphics adapter with 512 MB of dedicated video memory.....nevermind one with 128 MB of shared memory.

That doesn't look healthy :no: ....That's why I don't even think about trying SFE2, I stay with good old WOE first edition, it is / was perfect for me

D*mn it, I just reinstalled windows xp, reinstalled WOE, it's the same....I had the disc formatted, yet something's terribly wrong...could my card have suffered some physical damage from- perhaps- overheating? and never be able to display proper res.?
