Wide cockpit view in WOE?

what happened to the wide cockpit view in WOE that is present in SFG, FE, WOV and WOI? i really liked that view because it felt right, you could see most of what was going on in a wide arc ahead.

I have never used that veiw before, but I was just in veiw assignments and it is listed but not assigned to a button, so perhaps you just need to assign it in WOE at it will work......

found out the reason; the wide cockpit feature must have been included in a patch after v.06, cause it shows up in my vanilla WOE patched up to V.08.

 

so its only missing as a view feature in my multiple installs of WOE for my WW2 versions - can't do anything about it as most WW2 prop planes dont get on with versions patched beyond v.10.06.
