Yes

you can create it

It's the same principle used to add different weapons at a patrol of soldiers.

Watch some INI of the Type 42.

For example.

Beautiful Model, this very detailed.

But Type 42 has only one missile launcher... ???

I remember that many months ago (befor WOI release(?)) I asked about it and the answer was that it is not possible. Mean one ship/ground object can't have more than one launcher -only rails can be multiple.

In a word, no. Only one missile launcher pitch and yaw axis allowed per model. Now, on that model, you're in luck, as its SAM launchers utilize a VLS system (pitch=90.0,Yaw=0.0 Yawlimited=true, Pitchlimited=true, etc.). But, you cannot use the ASM launcher and the SAM launcher positions on the same model, you'd need to create two separate models, one tasked for an antiship mission, and another for airdefense.

I remember that I try to add Styx missiles to the NanuchkaII corvette with SA-4 launcher. The effect was horrible!!! When SA-4 launcher moved the Styx missiles move too !!!!
