I saw a pretty cool paint of an IRIAF F-4E with teeth on the nose.

Is there any actual decal that I can apply to the IRIAF skin already out for the stock F-4E to recreate this one?

The USAF ones we have (including a stock one) are painted directly on the skin map - just extract it (if needed) and take a look.

 

As it's an E model, one could easily adapt the preexisting skin to the preexisting IRIAF skin via adding layers on template, redecal and bam, there ya go
