HITR unable to install

Just downloaded HITR through digital download at Avangate. The first download was a corrupted download so I downloaded a 2nd time but when I click on exe file it locks up my Windows 7 64 bit machine. It shows no virus but will disable Microsoft Security Essentials and will lock up computer. Avangate only gives me 2 more downloads. I am running a complete virus scan now as it really seems like a virus.

Can anyone help ??

is there warnings that certain files are infected with this virus or that virus? do you get something like a popup asking you to buy this certain antivirus software?
