don't know what happening but it seems your GroundFormation.DLL is corrupted , i would suggest backup the current one and do a clean install then patch latest .

From what Spectre_USA told me, it's a bug that never got squashed. I had it happen to me in a campaign once, and once bitten twice shy is my feeling, but it does happen, and as far as I know not fixed. I would have thought it would have been fixed in SF2 but apparently not...
