Guest Raden Posted February 27, 2010 First, at an age of no more of teenagers I was browsing (as soon my family went On-Line) and looked for flight sim games (simulation) as I do not enjoy the ones on land with lots of blood and boom boom. And stumbled on the demo version of the APACHE 64 (?). Wow! Not bad. Besides, my late dad was flying a single engine small CESSNA airplane when I was at the Primary School, later I read his Log Book and was really curious with one of his small "book", that one with hardcover and containing something round that I could turn to calculate (manually) the fuel required and distance when flying. I myself previously was a mere passengers of commercial flight, [and the military the Herc TNI-AU, TNI-AU Fokker 27, the DAKOTA, Nell UH-1 (?)] of several nations, and local flights. I missed the air sky high. A good old friend of mine, whose dad's in-law was an Indonesian Air Force (TNI-AU) senior officer, brought home for me the CDs of the WOE, WOI, and the WOV perhaps he purchased them in KL or Singapore 2 or 3 years ago. Since I joined CA a couple of months ago I have been really hooked to it, for I found this Site as a good place to practice my English, especially in writing as I do not enjoy chatting, tho many people invited me to join their forums. To me REAL Chatt is by way of doing it face-to-face on the ground or over the phone/Mobile -- not digitally. Further, I can learn a lot from this Site by reading not only the DL-ed various topics in KB, and from the Skinning and Modding Thread.
