don246 65 Posted March 10, 2010 (edited) Ok im running a modded FE1 with Windows XP my question is what has FE2 to offer me over what I have now assuming I still run XP DX9. What is the difference between the two versions I understand the content is the same or is it? My FE1 is very nice and gives me a lot of pleasure with all the mods installed should I just hang onto my pension money or spent it on FE2. ezlead 42 Posted March 10, 2010 Don: FE2 has a lot of new features that most people like. The graphics are much better and the AI is a lot more aggressive just for a couple to mention. You can use most of your mods on the new game. Plus,there are a lot of new mods for it. I think it is well worth the investment. Hours of enjoyment for only 20 bucks. Bandy 3 Posted March 10, 2010 (edited) TK will not be upgrading the code of FE1 (or FE Gold) any further... So any new expansion pack will leave you behind.
