Probably best to set the OFF / CFS3 exe's to run in Admin mode - and use XP compatibility - but I found neither made much difference. *** So...if you are getting W7 on a new rig - go for it. ***In fact, I've had less problems w/ OFF on W7 than I did w/ Silent Hunter III (cannot even play it if I wanted to due to protection scheme incompatibility), SHIV and Il-2.
