OT- Dreamweaver and PHP

I'm getting really annoyed with Dreamweaver. Partly because it writes a whole load of code I don't understand, and party because it takes up so much resources.

I'm a hard coder so it really pisses me off when Dreamweaver screws up, and I can't find errors in the code because it's so messy. I really want to use Dreamweaver because it does things alot faster.

I'm just wondering who's really good at Dreamweaver here on the boards. I'm using Dreamweaver MX 2004 edition, and wouldn't mind a quick tutorial on the intermediate stuff.

The only CODE I was good at was "C" and Turbo Pascal...oh...and VAX Basic as well...but that was like 20 years ago......hence "Old School"...hehe
