Where do I find the soundlist.ini file

I have the SPF1E Extract utility and I have to modify the soundlist file to have a carrier sound work as per setup instructions.

 

When I search the directory using the extract utility, I cannot find the soundlist.ini...

What directory would I see it in.

 

This is for the Tomcats over Vietnam mod for WOV. I have setup this mod in a seperat file location from my original WOV
