OS Windows 7 Enterprize [64Bit]

 

I Login In As ~N~ in As Administrator ~ Installed CFS3 With Patch 3.1 ~ Then Ran CFS3 Once ~ Then Installed OFF Between Heaven and Hell With All Update Patches

 

CFS3.1 Run GD ~ ALL *.exe Files Are Set Up As Compatibility Mode Windows XP Service Pack 3 ~N~ Privilege Level ~ Run This Program as an Administrator

 

Get Error Message ~ Active X Component Can't Create Object Error 429 ~N~ Them My 21" Monitor Size I Have ~ Reset Size Display Settings ~ Monitor Go From 21" Size To A Center Screen of ONLY 8"in By 8"in

 

I Know How To Fix This Problem ~N~ Get My FULL Monitor Back ~BUT~ Am Having Trouble Fixing Active X Can't Create Error Message

 

I ALSO REG The Following: Start, Run and Then Typed Below One At a Time ~N~ Got A Good Message Saying Succeed ~BUT~I Still Get an Error Message Saying The Active X Component Can't Create Object Error 429 ~ Failed to Load
