+Erik 1,732 Posted November 27, 2010 I've heard stories about our neighbors to the north getting the shaft when it comes to unregulated rates charged to consumers. A little known fact is that Canada has one of the highest per household densities of Internet users in the World and obviously rates to match. That's a fairly dramatic fact considering it's the second largest land mass behind Russia but with only 1/2 the population. Another scary fact is that high speed Internet in Canada is considered anything above 64K. I can't imagine trying to surf the web on a 64K connection.
