Opening a cdds file?

Just curious as to what program I would use to open a cdds file?

I think my problem lies in the fact that in my Bazar\TempTextures; the cdds file TempTexturesBMP1.cdds is associated with notepad already. Do I need to change this and if so how. Maybe this is preventing LoMan 2.0 from being able to get into this file? I found this out by using windows explorer.

I can't think of anything else that would be preventing me from changing skins on my aircraft; which I can't do?
