Installing Vautour and WOI Weapons Pack

Hey everyone

 

I am having some difficulty installing the Vautour mod and the WOI weapons pack.

 

I downloaded both fine and the files are intact, but I cant get them to show up in the SF/WOI program

 

Any ideas on what I may be doing wrong.
