I don't have sound on my computer, as I JAM stereo when I play THE SF, so I can't hear the fella. But, this just came out of Ireland a few days ago...

But if you click the article, they are talking about a "reserve" fund. Where that reserve comes from, who knows? Maybe it was not taken from wages of men and women, but certainly from "taxpayers". No matter, I'll guess boosting employment (Soviet~esque Central Planning) is probably a cover. The last paragraph about the banks is interesting.
