Cameljockey Posted September 1, 2011 Posted September 1, 2011 This may or may not have been posted here already, but I'm gonna post it here anyway! For those of you, like myself, who are still running XP, I found an easily installed way to run DirectX 10 on Windows XP. And it works! http://www.techmixer.com/install-directx-10-on-xp-with-directx10-rc2-pre-fix-3/ It's a piece of cake to install and works like a champ! If y'all already knew about this, sorry for the repost! Quote
SFP1Ace Posted September 1, 2011 Posted September 1, 2011 So have you successfully run any DX10 games with it? Quote
+DoctorQuest Posted September 1, 2011 Posted September 1, 2011 (edited) Hmmmm. This just looks a little too good to be true. I stopped when I saw the Russian FAQs. (I downloaded it on my "trash" virtual XP machine just to be safe.) Might be OK but it looks like a "crack" of DX10 to me. Not sure I want to go there. YMMV..... Let us know how you get on.
