If I want to upgrade WOV to the latest patch, must also install the previous?

NO, you haven´t.

Download the latest WoV patch from thirdwire and install it.

It´s also written in the readme. :cool:

...and buy WOI ADD-ON, install, then copy a few files into your WOV to get July 2010F update...
