For those Rotorhead fans out there here's a new one with a twist... I have bought it and will post on it once I have had a weekend of flying the various nuts and bolts about... and see if I can take screenies etc... :drinks:

I still don't see the appeal of a non-combat air sim. It seems like a one-trick pony that will grow stale in a few hours...about how long I played MSFS.

I still don't see the appeal of a non-combat air sim. It seems like a one-trick pony that will grow stale in a few hours...about how long I played MSFS.

 

The appeal is that in real life you don't always fly to engage something. There are a lot of hours just spent actually flying. Combat Sims are just that. They are designed to offer you the opportunity the engage air to air, air to ground targets. There are add-ons that make the combat aspect of MSFS more interesting if blowing things up is your cup of tea.
